Because alcoholic drinks come in many shapes and sizes, units are a good way to help you know just how strong your drink is and this cup can easily help you do that. 

How does it work? 

The alcohol unit measuring cup can be used to find out the units of alcohol in beer, cider, wine and spirits at different Alcohol by Volume (ABV). For example, it will show you how many units are in a medium (175ml) glass of wine which has an ABV of 14% 

It can measure the following volume of drinks: 

1. Wine – 125ml, 175ml and 250ml 

2. Beer and cider – half pint (284ml) 

3. Spirits – 25ml, 35ml, 50ml 

How do I clean it? 

The product is dishwasher safe and subject to correct application of detergents and additives they should withstand 200 to 300 washes

The cup is recyclable 

What is the UK alcohol unit guidance? 

To keep health risks from alcohol low, the UK Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) advice is, if you choose to drink, it is safest for both men and women to drink no more than 14 units a week, spread over three or more days with several drink-free days, and no bingeing.
